Here we are, in Shuwaimiyah, to create a hotel, an Aman Resort.

​

Millennia old rock formations behind and the powerful Arabian sea in front of us.

​

Further behind, miles and miles of desert land, further ahead - going South- the ocean, nothing but water until Antarctica itself.

​

Here, regardless of the sincere effort to be sustainable, an important factor on every single square meter of land where ever in this world that mankind wants to build an edifice for himself in any case; the architecture of Aman Shuwaimiyah needs not be more, it needs be less!
​
So whilst creating a community, with all its necessary facilities we endeavour to preserve that sensational feeling of emptiness, with us at its center.
